Introduction

 Soohyun Yoon is an Australia-qualified solicitor with over 15 years of experience advising multinational companies on cross-border legal, tax, and governance matters. 

Her career spans global accounting firms such as PwC and EY, as well as major multinational corporations including Samsung C&T and KB Kookmin Bank. She has supported complex international transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including M&A due diligence, contract negotiation, post-merger integration (PMI), investment structuring, and regulatory analysis.


 As a Partner at Haerim Accounting Corporation’s Sydney office, she provides comprehensive cross-border advisory services to Korean companies expanding overseas and to foreign companies entering the Korean market. She also supports businesses pursuing growth between Korea and Australia by offering practical guidance on entity structuring, governance, and risk management. 

With a broad international focus, she advises clients on navigating regulatory, tax, and governance challenges across diverse jurisdictions, enabling effective and informed business decisions.
