Her career spans global accounting firms such as PwC and EY, as well as major multinational corporations including Samsung C&T and KB Kookmin Bank. She has supported complex international transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including M&A due diligence, contract negotiation, post-merger integration (PMI), investment structuring, and regulatory analysis.

 As a Partner at Haerim Accounting Corporation’s Sydney office, she provides comprehensive cross-border advisory services to Korean companies expanding overseas and to foreign companies entering the Korean market.
